Memuzin is a dating and social networking application designed to connect Kurdish individuals worldwide. The service allows users to:

• Create profiles with photos and personal information
• Discover and match with other users based on preferences
• Communicate through in-app messaging
• Access premium features through paid subscriptions

To use Memuzin, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable laws
• Not have been previously banned from Memuzin

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to verify your age at any time and terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

When using Memuzin, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not create multiple accounts or impersonate any person
• Not use the service for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Not share your account with others

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, defamatory, or offensive content
• Upload content that is illegal, obscene, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access other users' accounts
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without authorization
• Spam or send unsolicited promotional messages
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the application

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.

Regarding content you post on Memuzin:

• You retain ownership of your content
• By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content
• You represent that you have the right to post such content
• We may remove content that violates these Terms or is reported by users
• We are not responsible for user-generated content

You are solely responsible for your content and any consequences arising from it.

Premium Features:

• Memuzin offers optional premium subscriptions with enhanced features
• Subscription prices are displayed before purchase
• In-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; web payments are handled by our payment provider
• Our payment provider manages billing and tax compliance for purchases
• By purchasing, you also agree to the applicable payment provider's terms

Auto-Renewal:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage subscriptions through your app store account settings

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with reasonable notice.

Refunds for purchases made through Memuzin:

• Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of initial purchase if no premium features have been used
• Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
• For app store purchases (Apple/Google), contact the respective store for refunds
• Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Memuzin is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the service
• We are not responsible for the conduct of users, whether online or offline
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Legal Framework:

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales
• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales
• If you are a consumer in the EU, you retain protection under your local consumer laws
