Child Safety Standards
Memuzin has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation.
These are the child safety standards of Memuzin (Memuzin: Kurdish Dating & Chat), the app and website published by AMEDYA LTD. Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), is strictly prohibited on every part of our service.
Adults only (18+)
Memuzin is for adults aged 18 and over. The minimum age is enforced when an account is created, and any account we believe belongs to a minor is removed.
What is prohibited
- Any image, video, text or link that sexualises a minor, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Grooming: contacting, befriending or manipulating a minor for sexual purposes.
- Sextortion, trafficking, or soliciting a minor in any way.
- Asking for, offering or sharing CSAM, or pointing people to it elsewhere.
How we keep CSAE off Memuzin
- Every profile photo is reviewed before other members can see it.
- Members can report any profile or message in one tap, and our team reviews every report.
- Accounts that break these standards are banned permanently, and we act against attempts to come back.
What we do when we find CSAE
We remove the content, permanently ban the account, preserve the relevant information, and report it to the appropriate authorities — including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement — as required by law.
How to report
In the app, open the profile or chat and tap Report. You can also email our child safety contact at amedya@amedya.com. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police first.
We comply with applicable child safety laws in every country where Memuzin is available.
