• Payment Information: When you make purchases, payment details are processed by our payment provider. In-app purchases are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

• Providing Services: Creating your account, displaying your profile, matching you with other users, and enabling communication.

• Safety & Security: Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and violations of our terms.

• Payment Processor: Our payment provider securely processes purchases; in-app purchases are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not store your payment card details.

We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.

You can delete your account at any time:

1. Open the Memuzin app 2. Go to Settings > Account 3. Select "Delete Account" 4. Confirm your choice

Alternatively, email privacy@memuzin.com with your registered email to request deletion. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your profile, matches, and messages will be removed.

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place:

• EU Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers from the EU/EEA.
• Data processing agreements with all service providers.
• Compliance with applicable data protection laws.
